Fiona was wonderful enough to take flowers on my behalf, along with hers, to Brian's grave today. It means so much that he is surrounded in love and remembered as such an amazing, giving individual who brightened the days of everyone he encountered. I am so thankful to Fiona for sharing that private moment with me.

This is a great reminder that you can turn anything (anything!) in to art. Even by painting "casa casa" on a canvas. I love the photo of Audrey Hepburn on the shelf. It's a still from "Charade".

So somehow I got my laptop to charge during the week. How, is beyond me since it currently refuses to charge again. I'm attempting to squeeze in a marathon computer session before we walk the pups and I go soak up the sun at the pool.

My laptop appears to have croaked, or at least my power cord has...remains to be seen since a new power cord will have to be ordered and shipped. I'm waiting for my next paycheck to get a new one. Until then, no blogging (or anything!) for me.
